Prototypes: Brynleigh are industry specialists of New Product Introduction (NPI). Using our bespoke software (see Innovation) to manage assembly, we enter manufacturing data into our system quickly and provide our staff with direct, up-to-the-moment access to job data. Once in our internal system data is transferred electronically to enhance speed and reduce potential errors.

Production: Prototype and production assemblies share the same data and equipment. We achieve quality production by simply letting our prototypes run longer.  If we have assembled your prototypes, the production is ready to run. If the assembly is new to us, we input your data using our sophisticated prototyping software to ensure a smooth and error free set-up.

Processes: Customer data is converted into our format using highly automated procedures with built-in check routines. If the software detects inconsistencies we discuss them with our customers to ensure trouble free assembly. We can modify customer data if necessary for best quality assembly.

Inspection: All SMT is 100% pre-reflow inspected by AOI. Post reflow inspection is carried out to IPC A-610 by trained specialists, using a combination of our fully integrated AOI machines. These are semi-auto programmable systems for speed, accuracy and visual inspection, for which we have a broad range of tools.
